Aspire People are currently recruiting SEMH Teaching Assistants and Behaviour Support practitioners to work within primary schools across Manchester.With schools now back for the new academic year, we''re looking for people who can provide pupils with the consistent, patient and relationship-based support they need to engage with school and learning.This role could suit an experienced Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Support Worker, Youth Worker, Mentor or similar professional, although recent school experience would be particularly valuable.
