Job Description:Summary of Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Security Systems Service Engineer to service security systems such as Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control Systems according to industry standards, utilizing your technical expertise. Experience with IP-based networks and security systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform planned annual maintenance and reactive responses.

Manage your schedule to prioritize tasks effectively.

Complete work reports and provide client recommendations.

Deliver excellent customer service and build effective relationships.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience in the Electronic Security industry.

Knowledge of IP-based networks and security systems.

Full UK driving license.

Physical ability to lift and climb ladders.

Experience in customer-facing roles.

Effective communication skills.

Relevant industry qualifications (desirable but not essential).
