Salesforce Training andamp; Adoption Consultant | 6-Month Contract | Outside IR35 | Oxford/Hybrid I''m currently recruiting for an experienced Salesforce Training andamp; Adoption Consultant to drive business readiness, user engagement, and successful adoption of a complex Lead-to-Cash process. This role requires someone with a strong background in Salesforce training and change adoption, coupled with extensive Lead-to-Cash process experience. You will work closely with business users, sales teams, operations, finance, and programme stakeholders to ensure employees are fully equipped to utilise Salesforce effectively across the entire customer life cycle. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive Salesforce training and adoption strategy focused on Lead-to-Cash processes.Design and deliver engaging remote training sessions to end users across multiple business functions.Create high-quality training materials, user guides, process documentation, and digital learning content.Support business readiness and change management activities throughout the programme.Translate complex Lead-to-Cash workflows into practical, user-friendly training content.Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and address adoption challenges.Develop communication plans to maximise user engagement and platform utilisation.Monitor adoption metrics and provide recommendations to improve user experience and business outcomes.Act as the SME for Salesforce user adoption, training, ..... full job details .....
