Training and HR CoordinatorLocation: On-site, WembleySalary: £30,000 - £34,000 Talent Guardian is delighted to be partnering with a thriving food manufacturing business to appoint a Training and HR Coordinator. This is a varied, hands-on role at the heart of a busy and diverse operation, combining the coordination of training and development with day-to-day HR support. It would suit a highly organised, people-focused individual who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, thrives on variety, and is comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity. There''s genuine scope to grow, too, with the opportunity to step up and support at HR Advisor level over time. What you''ll be doing Training and development Coordinate all company inductions, including the weekly and monthly schedule and the technical elements such as food safety and allergens. Build and maintain a comprehensive training matrix covering all processes and procedures across the business. Monitor training expiry dates and ensure refreshers and renewals are scheduled in good time. Organise health and safety and other training courses, and manage the suite of core online modules (for example food safety and anti-harassment training). Run regular reports on training completion, compliance and outstanding requirements. HR support Provide day-to-day support across the weekly HR activities, stepping up to support at HR Advisor level as you develop.
