You''ll be joining a business that serves major clients across power, utilities, telecoms, and infrastructure. Known for its consultative approach and long-standing relationships, the company is now looking to inject fresh energy and agility into its sales function.
Reporting to the MD, you''ll lead a multi-layered team including Business Development Managers, Inside Sales, and Customer Service - all focused on delivering exceptional value to clients spending £3-5m annually.

As Sales Manager, you will:
Lead and inspire a team of 4 BDMs, 9 ACMs, and support staffDrive strategic growth across national accounts and utilitiesReignite a culture of hunger, humility, and smart sellingStreamline processes and reduce admin drag to boost agilityCollaborate with onboarding and tenders teams to ensure seamless client experiencesDeliver against a 10% YoY revenue growth target
