Responsibilities of a Sales Manager: Manage and develop a team of three, providing coaching, support and direction Set and monitor individual and team KPIs and sales targets Lead from the front and continue to be actively involved in sales Manage key distributor accounts and develop long-term international relationships Identify and convert new business opportunities Grow revenue across both existing customers and new accounts Take a consultative and educational approach to selling Understand customer requirements and work with internal teams to provide the right solutions Work closely with Marketing to generate opportunities ..... full job details .....
