Sales Ledger Assistant

YesThen this may be the job for you!We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Ledger/Accounts Receivable professional for a well-established client in the Royal Wootton Bassett area. This is a transactional role supporting with the day to day running of the organisation. You will be responsible for financial transaction processing for specified provisions including purchase orders and sales invoices, and receipts.Start date ASAP:Duties will include:Process Sales OrdersProcess Sales Import Files, Invoices and Credit NotesMatch Customer Purchase Orders to invoices.Check Timesheets/Clock cards against hours soldImport Sales file to Accounting SystemIdentify and resolve all Customer account discrepancies in a timely manner.Develop a detailed understanding of the PCS Customer BaseWork closely with Sales Team and Business ManagersBuild a relationship with and work closely with CustomersReporting Sales to CustomersMaintain Aged Debtors monthly.Maintain Outstanding Customer Purchase Order listing.Any other Ad Hoc duties as and when required.Knowledge of Accounting systems. Exchequer and Business Central would be an advantageMust have excellent Excel skillsThe ideal candidate will be at least AAT Level 2 qualified and have a good amount of experience in a sales ledger and accounts receivable.
