This is a senior leadership position, responsible for driving the company''s commercial growth, developing key client relationships and identifying new business opportunities across the UK.The successful candidate will have a strong background within Passive Fire Protection and a proven track record of selling services to Tier 1 Main Contractors. You will be commercially driven, well connected within the construction sector and confident operating at senior level with key decision-makers.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the company''s sales and business development strategy.Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Passive Fire Protection sector.Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 Main Contractors, developers and key construction clients.Develop existing client accounts and maximise opportunities for repeat and long-term business.Lead the preparation and submission of tenders, bids and commercial proposals.Work closely with estimating, pre-construction, commercial and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.Identify upcoming projects and develop strategies to position the business ahead of competitors.Attend client meetings, networking events and ..... full job details .....
