Monday to Saturday, 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM (with a day off in lieu when working Sunday, 1 in 3)

My client is looking for a driven Sales Controller to join their dealership in East London. If you have motor trade experience and a proven track record in finance and sales, this is your opportunity to step up, lead the team, and make a real impact on performance and profitability. Key Responsibilities

Maximise profitability across finance, insurance, and warranty products.

Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.

Deliver tailored finance and insurance packages to customers.

Support and coach Sales Executives with deal structuring and negotiation.

Provide training to develop knowledge, compliance, and sales techniques.

Motivate the team to achieve and exceed KPIs.

Monitor key metrics and implement strategies to boost performance.

Assist with part-exchange valuations and finalising deals.

Requirements

Previous motor trade experience is essential.

Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products, with a focus on compliance.

Confident leader with excellent coaching and mentoring skills.

Professional, transparent, and customer-focused approach.

Results-driven with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
