Salary: £30,000 Basic OTE £60,000
Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM (with a day off in lieu when working Sunday, 1 in 3)

My client is looking for a driven Sales Controller to join their dealership in East London. If you have motor trade experience and a proven track record in finance and sales, this is your opportunity to step up, lead the team, and make a real impact on performance and profitability. Key Responsibilities

• Maximise profitability across finance, insurance, and warranty products.
  
  
• Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.
  
  
• Deliver tailored finance and insurance packages to customers.
  
  
• Support and coach Sales Executives with deal structuring and negotiation.
  
  
• Provide training to develop knowledge, compliance, and sales techniques.
  
  
• Motivate the team to achieve and exceed KPIs.
  
  
• Monitor key metrics and implement strategies to boost performance.
  
  
• Assist with part-exchange valuations and finalising deals.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous motor trade experience is essential.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products, with a focus on compliance.
  
  
• Confident leader with excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
  
  
• Professional, transparent, and customer-focused approach.
  
  
• Results-driven with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
