Known for their positive culture.One of the fastest-growing consumer goods company in the world todayKey responsibilities include:Responsible for shaping the growth and expansion across three award winning hair and personal care brands.Lead the launch and roll out plans for further brands into the UK market over the next 3 years.Maintain PandL to assist in driving profitability and awareness of profitability criteria and target.Manage GM by account to continue growth via strategic price activation whilst ensuring profitability is retained.Monitor and evaluate brand presence in all channels of the account. Ensure promotions/initiatives are being executed to plans (both on and offline).Insight and understanding of competitor activity and performance. Conduct competitor pricing/new product/promotional auditsDevelop a strong internal network with key stakeholders to ensure plans are delivered on time and in full.Skills and Experiences:You have experience in FMCG sales, beauty, or account management Boots/Sephora/Top GrocerExperience of working in a quality consumer brand ideally in beautyExcellent sales and negotiation skills that could drive business effectivelyEntrepreneurial approach and ability to demonstrate creativityYou thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working across teams.You’re passionate about the beauty industry.You forecast accurately and have a strong attention to detail, as well as finely tuned human sensitivity – you are great at reading people and situationsSeniority level
