OverviewLocation: Pulborough, West SussexHours: Full-Time (Shift pattern: 7:30am-4:00pm or 9:30am-6:00pm)Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)Start Date: ASAP

Are you a passionate early years professional ready to take the next step in your childcare career? A welcoming nursery in Pulborough is looking for a room leader to join their team and lead a vibrant and nurturing environment for young children.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team within your designated room, ensuring high standards of care and education

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS

Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Monitor and support children"s development, keeping accurate records and reports

Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children

Qualifications

Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare

Previous experience in a nursery setting, ideally in a leadership role

Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices

Excellent communication and team leadership skills

A nurturing, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
