As a Nursery Room Leader, you will:Responsibilities
Lead and manage your own room, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of activities.Support, guide, and mentor a team of nursery practitioners to deliver high-quality care.Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities that support learning through play in line with the EYFS framework.Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5.Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.Observe and assess children''s progress and contribute to reports and planning.Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety standards are consistently met.Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting.Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to lead a room and support a team; willing to combine hands-on childcare with leadership responsibilities.Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development best practices.Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Benefits and Additional Information
