Option of Manchester or York offices.Some of the key accountabilities of this role are:Provide leadership and guidance in the concept of RandVM, maintaining their appropriate and effective application to all stages of the project lifecycle.Deliver Level 1 Assurance activities as specified by the Principal RandV Manager.Manage and/or deliver specialist RandVM support services as dictated by the RandVM maturity of the project community.Monitor the output of others who undertake such RandVM activities to monitor competence, consistency and compliance with Network Rail procedures and provide assurance.Qualifications:Suitable Rail and Risk Management background.Able to build risk models in a number of applications, which accurately represent the complexities of cost, schedule and business riskKnowledge of project management and project control ..... full job details .....
