Demonstrate competency with implementing Risk Management processes aligned with ISO31000/Institute of Risk Management/Association of Project Management methodologies on complex Construction and Infrastructure projectsInitiating, developing, and implementing risk management processesFacilitating risk workshops as part of the overall delivery of the risk processConducting regular risk reviews to maintain a project risk register and ensure that the project risk profile is accurate and currentUndertaking Quantitative Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis techniquesProducing appropriate risk management reports to inform decision makingAwareness of industry risk management tools such as ARM, Xactium, Primavera Risk Analysis, SafranRisk, @Risk, Risk PredictUnderstanding how risk management integrates with other Project Management and Project Controls disciplines including cost estimating, project planning and contract administrationImplement effective risk management activities to actively reduce risk exposure and uncertainty on projects and programmesSupport development and implementation of risk management approaches/systems for clients, incorporating best practice and proceduresFacilitate workshops and engage with project teams to ensure effective risk management implementationWork closely with planners to understand delivery expectations, identify potential risks and link risks to schedule activitiesDesirable
