Rework Technician
Rework TechnicianWindsor, Berkshire Full-time, PermanentReeVR Talent are looking for an experienced Rework Technician to join our clients well-established electronics manufacturing business. As the Rework Technician you will be responsible for the rework, repair, modification and assembly of electronic products and PCBs, working to engineering drawings and customer requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out SMT and through-hole soldering and rework.Remove and replace electronic components when required.Complete product modifications, repairs and engineering changes.Read and follow engineering drawings, schematics and Bills of Materials (BOMs).Use soldering, rework, inspection and X-ray equipment.Identify and report faults or quality issues.Maintain accurate records and follow quality and health and safety procedures.Support assembly, inspection and testing when required.Skills and ExperienceExperience in SMT and through-hole soldering and rework.Ability to work with small componentsAbility to read engineering drawings, schematics and BOMs.Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.BGA rework, track repairs and IPC standards would be advantageous.Shift details:Full time is 37 hours per weekMon to Thurs 07:30 to 16:00 and Fri 07:30 to 12:30This is a great opportunity for a skilled Rework Technician to join a professional electronics manufacturing environment and work on a range of precision electronic products.Apply today or to find out more contact Abby Maslin at ..... full job details .....
