Revit MEP Coordinator

Are you a Revit MEP Coordinator and ready for the next step in your career?

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a leading mechanical contractor, in a contract position, outside IR35. The successful candidate will be working on-site, from our client''s London office, and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of extensive mechanical and electrical engineering projects, becoming an active member of an experienced team.

-Competitive hourly rate ranging from -3542 (depending on experience).

-On-site working arrangement.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and manage coordinated MEP models using Revit and Navisworks software.

-Collaborate with engineers and design teams to deliver clash-free designs with complete accuracy.

-Support project delivery from early design through to construction.

-Coordinate with external stakeholders to resolve design issues.

-Maintain model accuracy, compliance, and version control.

What We Are Looking For:

-Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator or similar role.

-Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for MEP.

-Experience with fabrication is desirable.

-Good understanding of MEP systems and site workflows.

-Must have your own machine, but licences can be provided.

-Excellent communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills, with an attention to detail and organisation.
