Revit MEP Coordinator

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a well-established engineering consultancy, on a contract basis, outside IR35. The successful candidate will be required to work on-site from our client''s London office. Within this role, candidates will have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial fit-out projects, with a team of skilled engineers and other professionals.

-Competitive hourly rate ranging from -3840 (depending on experience).

-On-site working arrangement.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and manage coordinated MEP models for a variety of projects using Revit and Navisworks software.

-Collaborate with engineers and design teams to deliver clash-free designs with complete accuracy.

-Support project delivery from early design through to construction.

-Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve design issues.

-Maintain model accuracy, compliance, and version control.

What We Are Looking For:

-Qualification in building services, BIM, and/or engineering, is desirable.

-Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator or similar role, with experience of working on commercial fit-out projects.

-Mechanical or Electrical Engineers, with experience using Revit, will be considered.

-Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for MEP, and an understanding of BIM standards and clash detection tools, such as Navisworks.

-Solid understanding of MEP systems and site workflows.

-Excellent communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills, with an attention to detail and organisation.
