Restaurant Manager

The restaurant manager will also be responsible for developing a positive brand image through consistent customer service and a strong understanding of restaurant protocol. Oversee restaurant operations and ensure a smooth flowMaintain a positive restaurant cultureCreate work rotas that align with the restaurants needsEnsure proper compliance with restaurant hygiene regulationsTrain new employees to help them meet the restaurants expectationsInteract with diners and build positive rapport with different types of peopleResponsibilities

Manage and keep up smooth restaurant operationsSupervise both kitchen staff and waitstaff, providing necessary feedbackWrite daily budget reports on both revenue and costsCommunicate with diners and mitigate potential conflictsOrganise and take stock of restaurant suppliesMaintain weekly and monthly payroll for staffSkills and qualifications
