Set within a warm, art-laden environment inspired by West African aesthetics, every detail - from bespoke ceramics to an open-kitchen layout it is thoughtfully curated to deliver a truly immersive culinary journey.The Ideal CandidateWere looking for a Restaurant Manager whos has the following skills and experience:A minimum of two years experience in a fine dining restaurantIdeally Michelin or Rosette experience at management levelIdeally WSET level 2, or have high level wine pairing experienceExperience in leading and training a team on tasting menu process and guest interactionsThrive in a fast-paced restaurant and have an eye for detail.Must have been Restaurant Manager or similar for at least two year.Detail focused.Manage VIP guests.Pre-service meetings, rotas and budget.A passion for fine dining and guest satisfaction.Strong communication skills and a polished approach.Can do attitude and a strong lead.Reliable and able to work late evenings and weekendsThink youd be a great fit?
