Responsible for m anaging all daily restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding service and efficiencyThe successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a track record of leading a team in a Michelin star or luxury restaurant, with the ability to set the tone for colleagues, work closely with the kitchen team, and build relationships with guests.
