Residential Property Solicitor - Dudley An established and growing law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join its expanding Residential Property team. You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and plot purchases. Key responsibilities Manage residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion Handle a varied caseload with a high degree of autonomy Provide clear, practical legal advice and exceptional client service Build strong relationships with clients, referrers and colleagues Support junior colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of the department Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards About you You will be a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancer with: Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions Excellent communication, organisation and client care skills A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality service Benefits Competitive salary reviewed annually Flexible and hybrid working options 28 days'' annual leave, including your birthday, plus bank holidays employer ..... full job details .....
