An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Partner to join the Birmingham office of a leading international law firm.
The firm is looking to appoint a Partner with an established following and a strong reputation within the Birmingham market. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property lawyer looking for a platform where they can continue to develop their practice, grow their client base and benefit from the strength and reach of an international firm.
The successful candidate will join a highly regarded commercial property team and will handle a broad range of high-quality work for a diverse client base, including major corporates, investors, developers, funds and institutions.
The role will involve:
Advising on a broad range of commercial property transactions.
Acting for investors, developers, landlords, tenants and corporate occupiers.
Handling acquisitions, disposals, development and investment work.
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Growing your existing practice and generating new business.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider UK and international network.
Playing an active role in the continued growth of the Birmingham commercial property practice.
