Commercial Property Solicitor - Birmingham A well-established regional law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its busy and growing team in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor to join a supportive firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services and building long-standing client relationships. The Role You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, working with a broad range of clients including investors, developers, landlords, tenants and business owners. Your responsibilities will include: Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property. Handling commercial landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and assignments. Dealing with property investment and development work. Drafting and negotiating commercial leases and associated documentation. Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts. The Candidate You will be a qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property, ideally with the ability to manage your own caseload and deliver a high standard of client service. You will have strong communication and organisational skills, a commercial approach and the confidence to work closely with clients and colleagues.
