Handle a full caseload from initial instruction to completion.Sales and purchasesRemortgagesTransfers of equityFreehold and leasehold mattersAuctionsLease extensionsWorking knowledge of the Building Safety ActNew Builds experience preferred but not essentialCandidate profile / Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years PQE as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive specialising in residential property5 years+ PQE within the area of Residential Conveyancing as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal ExecutiveStrong track record in business developmentComfortable handling a full caseload from initial instruction to completionWorks well under pressureExcellent client care skillsExcellent communication skills with a client-focused approachIT literateBenefits
