Residential Conveyancing Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) – SwindonMy client is a well-established, full-service law firm with five offices across the South, renowned for delivering high-quality legal services to both private and business clients. They are currently looking to hire in their residential conveyancing team for the Swindon office, which is busy and looking to expand.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys managing their own caseload while contributing to the development of a growing team.What the role involves:Handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, and re-mortgages, with minimal supervision.Managing a small team of support staff, ensuring efficient workflow and delegation.Working on a highly developed case management system.Expanding your professional network to generate referrals and new business.Working alongside the partners to shape the team’s business development strategy.What we’re looking for:A Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with circa 3PQE.Strong technical expertise in handling a mixed residential property caseload.A proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships.Experience in managing support staff.Proficient in IT systems, including case management software and Microsoft Office.What''s on offer:Competitive salary.25 days holiday + bank holidays.Private healthcare.Discretionary bonus.No targets!
