My client is a long established Legal law firm based in Kent, with offices across the region. They are looking for a Conveyancer/Conveyancing Solicitor to join their team.The successful applicant will be expected to act for a range of clients dealing with all manner of residential property matters on their own caseload.Required Skills and Experience/ Responsibilities:Exposure of handling a high volume caseload of conveyancing matters.Experience with Sales and Purchases of Freehold and Leasehold properties, Re-mortgages and Transfers of Equity.Exposure to New Build Transactions and Shared Ownership Schemes desirable.The successful candidate will be IT literate and have experience with Case Management Systems along with use of the Land Registry Portal.Person Specification:Ability to remain calm under pressureAbility to organise and run a busy caseload and meet deadlinesAbility and willingness to help and encourage less senior members of the departmentCo-operative and helpful attitude within a team environmentDiligent and conscientious approach to workHours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.pm with a one hour break for lunch.Salary: negotiable upto £k, dependent on experience.
