The Role You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters, providing a seamless and professional service to clients from instruction through to completion. Typical work will include: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity New build transactions Shared ownership matters Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors Managing transactions efficiently while maintaining excellent client care About You Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner Minimum 2+ PQE (or equivalent experience) in Residential Property Ability to manage a caseload independently Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organised, proactive and commercially aware Team-focused with a professional and client-centric approach What''s on Offer?
