Senior Conveyancer / Head of Conveyancing West Sussex £55,000 - £65,000 + Performance Incentives A respected and long-established South Coast law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer to lead the development of its residential conveyancing offering. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a department with a genuine clean slate. There are no inherited problems, no significant backlog and no dysfunctional systems to overcome. Instead, you will have the autonomy and support to build a modern, efficient conveyancing function while maintaining a strong focus on client service. The Opportunity This role will appeal to an ambitious conveyancer who enjoys both fee earning and leadership responsibilities. Working closely with the firm''s Principal, you will play a key role in shaping processes, refining workflows, maintaining compliance standards and helping determine the future structure of the team.
