Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive Location: Peacehaven, East Sussex Working Pattern: Hybrid The Opportunity A modern and well-established law firm in Peacehaven is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy and friendly conveyancing team. The Role You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to file closing, dealing with a full range of transactions, including: Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold) Re-mortgages Transfers of equity New build and associated residential matters You will be expected to handle matters independently while maintaining a high standard of client care and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: A minimum of 2 years'' PQE in residential property conveyancing Proven experience managing your own caseload end-to-end Strong technical conveyancing knowledge The ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines A proactive, organised and client-focused approach What''s on Offer?
