The Role As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential property transactions. You will work closely with clients, solicitors, estate agents and mortgage lenders to ensure each matter progresses efficiently and in line with legal and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include: Managing residential property files from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion. Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. Managing remortgages, transfers of equity and other residential conveyancing matters. Reviewing contracts, title documents, searches and property information. Raising and responding to pre-contract enquiries. Identifying potential legal issues and providing practical advice.
