About the Role

A Residential Conveyancer is sought by a well-regarded firm in Staffordshire to manage a full caseload of property transactions. This full-time, permanent position offers a salary between £50,000 and £57,500 per annum, dependent on experience, and requires at least three years of post-qualification experience. You will handle sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, and new-build plots from instruction to post-completion. Working autonomously, you will build lasting client rapport while benefiting from the guidance of seasoned peers. This role suits a solicitor or legal executive seeking ownership of their matters within a supportive, established team.

THE ROLE:
• You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload and work with a varied client base, dealing with transactions from initial instruction through to completion and beyond.
• The role offers plenty of variety, with exposure to freehold and leasehold transactions, sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and new-build plot purchases.
• You will have the autonomy to manage your matters while working alongside experienced colleagues who are readily available to share knowledge and provide support when you need it.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications sought from Residential Conveyancers, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 Years PQE
• Strong experience across residential conveyancing, including both freehold and leasehold work
• The ability to take responsibility for transactions with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail and a well-organised approach
• The confidence to provide clear, straightforward advice to clients
• A genuine commitment to delivering a first-class client experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, introducers and colleagues
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to the wider team
