Residential Conveyancer - 12 month FTC

Residential Conveyancer 2+ PQE 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract January 2027 Start A well-established law firm in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity leave cover, commencing in January 2027. This is a full-time position managing a busy caseload of residential property transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling matters from instruction through to post-completion, while maintaining excellent levels of client care and communication with all parties involved.
