Key Responsibilities:Manage all new enquiries from initial contact through to move-in, ensuring a seamless customer journey.Build meaningful relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners.Host personalised tours, open days, and events to promote the home''s services and lifestyle offering.Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting to track conversions and pipeline activity.Collaborate with the General Manager and wider team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
