What you’ll be responsible forAs a Regulatory Compliance Manager you’ll provide proactive, professional, and commercially aware compliance advice and services to the business. This includes designing and implementing controls to protect the business from regulatory risks and monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of the controls in the management of regulatory risk. This will help us excel in Regulatory Compliance and stay ahead of the game.
Responsibilities
Developing a solid knowledge base of legislation, regulations, and technical documents
Assisting with ensuring Betway is compliant with applicable regulations by providing the business with advice and support
Carrying out a programme of monitoring for compliance risks
Compiling, maintaining and submitting reports, returns and notifications as required to meet regulator expectations
Management and oversight of the Betway website(s)
Liaising and maintaining close working relationships with third party companies involved in Betway’s licences
Assisting in ad hoc duties as required

Essential skills
Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
Knowledge of legislative frameworks and regulations of the online gambling industry, specifically Great Britain
Experience in gambling regulatory compliance, ideally in B2C
Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals
Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
Desirable
A second European language such as Spanish or German
