Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care to residents with varying needs, including complex dementia and long-term conditionsLead shifts and coordinate care plans in collaboration with the wider care teamAdminister medication and maintain accurate clinical records in line with regulatory standardsPromote best practice in line with CQC and NMC guidelinesBuild strong, supportive relationships with residents, families, and colleaguesContribute to a positive, respectful, and inclusive working environmentQualifications

Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)Previous experience in a nursing home or dementia care setting is essentialExcellent clinical knowledge and confident in managing long-term and palliative care needsStrong team player with good communication and leadership skillsCommitted to delivering high standards of care and continuous improvementRole Details
