Position: Care Home ManagerLocation: Near Sittingbourne, KentSalary: Up to £62,500 | Full-Time | PermanentAbout the Role

As Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, promoting a safe and caring environment, and leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional standards of care.Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care are maintainedLead, motivate, and manage a multidisciplinary teamEnsure compliance with all CQC requirements and company policiesDeliver and sustain a Good or Outstanding CQC ratingBuild strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionalsManage budgets, staffing, and resources efficientlyRequirements

Must be a Registered Manager with previous experience in a similar roleStrong working knowledge of CQC regulations and complianceProven track record of achieving or maintaining a Good CQC ratingExperience managing a medium-sized care home (ideally)Solid understanding of dementia care best practicesExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skillsBenefits
