Registered Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated Registered Manager to lead the registration, opening, and ongoing operation of a new Children''s Residential Home.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career. You will play a key role in establishing a high-quality, child-centred service and building a positive culture from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the registration and opening of the Children''s Home.Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and relevant legislation.Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing staff team.Promote positive outcomes for children and young people.Maintain high standards of safeguarding, care planning, and quality assurance.Manage the day-to-day operation of the home.Build effective relationships with local authorities, professionals, and stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement and achieve positive Ofsted outcomes.Essential RequirementsNVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).Experience within a Children''s Residential Care setting.Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding requirements.Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.Passion for improving outcomes for children and young people.Desirable RequirementsLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).Previous experience supporting Ofsted inspections and regulatory ..... full job details .....
