We are working with a range of organisations offering opportunities in various locations, with competitive salaries, excellent benefits, and genuine career progression.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide effective leadership and management of a children''s residential home.Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, Children''s Homes Regulations, and Quality Standards.Lead, develop, and support residential care teams to deliver exceptional care.Promote positive outcomes for children and young people.Manage safeguarding, risk management, and regulatory compliance.Oversee staff supervision, development, and performance management.Maintain high standards of care, record keeping, and operational performance.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or experienced Children''s Residential Manager.Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and Children''s Homes Quality Standards.Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or willingness to work towards it.Proven leadership and people management ..... full job details .....
