Registered Manager Children's Home

We are currently recruiting for a Children''s Home Manager for a new children''s home based in Leeds.
This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday - Friday.

The package on offer is top end market rate of up to -72,000.

Duties of the Children''s Home Registered Manager include:

You will manage the 4 bedded, LD residential home efficiently, ensuring the effective delivery of the main responsibilities and key result areas identified within the role of Residential Manager, you will participate in an on-call rota to ensure effective management across services on a 24/7 basis.

• Manage the residential service, offering expert support to young people with EBD
• Build and develop staff team
• Manage residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders and Support Workers
• Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards
• Manage staff team within the service
• Manage recruitment and staffing
• Work with SMT to ensure the service implements companies policies and procedures
• Manage quality assurance
• Manage budget

Package:

• A competitive salary of up to -60,000
• + -5,000 in welcome bonuses
• + up to 10% performance bonuses

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence
• Completed Level 5 Residential Childcare
• Experience within an EBD Setting
• QCF 3 in Children and young people''s workforce (children''s social care pathway) or equivalent.
