Old Vicarage is looking to recruit a Registered Home Manager to join the team. This is a full-time role working between 9-5, Monday to Friday. You will also be on the on-call rota every other weekend.Old Vicarage offers residential support for seven adult males and females with a range of needs, including adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and autism spectrum conditions.Our goal is to support individuals to take control and believe in their potential, enabling positive outcomes for everyone, regardless of age or ability. Your natural empathy will help you support others through various situations.You should have experience as a Registered Manager in a similar complex LD service, understanding the needs of residents and supporting person-centered plans.
