Regional HR Business Partner
Are you a strategic HR leader ready to make a real impact across a dynamic, multi-site region? We re looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to join our team and drive forward our people agenda in partnership with senior leadership. This is initially a 12 months FTC, covering the South region. Managing a small HR team, and working from home (with travel 2 days a week), you would be responsible for; Employee engagement Employee Relations Talent and performance management Change management and organisational development This is a high-impact role where you ll influence, advise, and challenge senior stakeholders while driving strategic initiatives that shape the future of our workforce. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a small HR team Drive engagement and retention initiatives Provide expert guidance on complex ER cases Lead senior management recruitment across the region Support change initiatives including restructures, TUPE, and MandA Champion communication and culture across the region Travel to sites when needed Attend key leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning What We re Looking For CIPD Level 5 or 7 (preferred) Proven HRBP experience, gained in a fast paced multisite environment - ideally healthcare Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset Excellent interpersonal, previous management, coaching, and influencing skills Comfortable working remotely Passionate about making a difference and driving continuous improvement ..... full job details .....
