Regional Facilities Manager Location: Kent / EssexSalary: £40,000 - £45,000Type: Permanent, Full-timeHours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm We are recruiting for an experienced Safety and Facilities Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial properties across Kent and Essex. This is a hands-on, client-facing role, with around 60% of the week spent visiting sites. You''ll be responsible for ensuring properties are safe, compliant, well maintained and operating to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day hard and soft facilities management across a commercial portfolio. Ensure statutory, health and safety and compliance requirements are met. Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments, ensuring actions are completed. Manage planned and reactive maintenance programmes. Oversee contractors and service partners, ensuring quality and performance. Build strong relationships with occupiers, clients and property management teams. Support service charge budgets, expenditure monitoring and forecasting. Drive environmental, energy and waste management initiatives. Respond to emergencies and operational issues as required. About You 3+ years'' experience in a similar Facilities Management role. Commercial property experience preferred. IOSH qualified; NEBOSH desirable. Strong knowledge of HandS, statutory compliance and contractor management. Experience managing budgets/service charges across multiple sites.
