Facilities Manager

Facilities Manager - Central London - start 14/09/2026

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to work on a commercial building in Central London.

• Start: 14th or 15th September 2026
• Duration: Until the end of 2026
• Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
• 40 hours per week
• Umbrella PAYE: -40.69 per hour, PAYE: -31.25 per hour
• IWFM qualification required
• Must be paid Umbrella PAYE - no CIS or Ltd Company payments

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day facilities and building operations
• Coordinate M&E, cleaning, security and other facilities services
• Manage contractors and subcontractors
• Ensure H&S, compliance and statutory requirements are met
• Oversee PPM and reactive maintenance
• Carry out regular building inspections
• Manage budgets, schedules and service delivery
• Liaise with the client, tenants and service providers
• Respond to and resolve operational issues
• Maintain accurate records and facilities documentation

Requirements:

• Previous Facilities Management experience within a commercial building
• IWFM qualification - essential
• Strong knowledge of building services, H&S and compliance
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Professional and client-focused approach
