Facilities Manager - Central London - start 14/09/2026We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to work on a commercial building in Central London.Start: 14th or 15th September 2026Duration: Until the end of 2026Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm40 hours per weekUmbrella PAYE: 40.69 per hour, PAYE: 31.25 per hourIWFM qualification requiredMust be paid Umbrella PAYE - no CIS or Ltd Company paymentsResponsibilities:Manage day-to-day facilities and building operationsCoordinate MandE, cleaning, security and other facilities servicesManage contractors and subcontractorsEnsure HandS, compliance and statutory requirements are metOversee PPM and reactive maintenanceCarry out regular building inspectionsManage budgets, schedules and service deliveryLiaise with the client, tenants and service providersRespond to and resolve operational issuesMaintain accurate records and facilities documentationRequirements:Previous Facilities Management experience within a commercial buildingIWFM qualification - essentialStrong knowledge of building services, HandS and complianceExcellent communication and organisational skillsProfessional and client-focused approachTech-People are a leading recruitment business within MandE and Construction.
