ReceptionistLocation: Ballymena Hours: 26.5 hours per week Working Pattern: Monday to Sunday on a rota basisTemporary PositionThe RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced and customer-focused Receptionist to work on behalf of our client in Ballymena.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a professional, courteous and efficient reception service to members of the public, while also providing administrative and clerical support to the wider team.This is a busy, public-facing position requiring excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to confidently deal with a wide range of customer enquiries.Key ResponsibilitiesDuties will include:Providing a professional and welcoming reception service to customers and visitors.Responding to customer enquiries in person and over the telephone.Operating computerised booking and Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) systems.Processing cash, credit and debit card transactions accurately.Balancing and verifying daily takings and preparing relevant documentation.Managing bookings, ticket sales and customer memberships.Providing information on leisure centre activities, facilities, courses and services.Operating the telephone switchboard and public address system.Completing general administrative duties using Microsoft Office applications.Maintaining accurate customer, visitor and contractor records.Assisting with the administration of swimming programmes, courses, classes and activity ..... full job details .....
