The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist reports to the HR/Office Manager and provides efficient administrative, clerical, and reception support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. 1. Reception and General Administration Perform daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, copying, and document preparation Answer and direct calls, take messages, and greet visitors professionally Manage incoming/outgoing mail, emails, and communications in line with company policies Maintain organised filing systems and office records Schedule meetings, manage calendars, prepare agendas, and take minutes Support all departments with clerical tasks as needed Order and maintain office supplies, PPE, and resources Handle invoices, purchase orders, and basic financial records Ensure office security, maintenance, and readiness for inspections 2.
