Quantity Surveyor - Stone, Ceramics and Joinery

Arena are a specialist contractor delivering high-end stone, ceramic, and bespoke interior packages across commercial fit-out, luxury residential, hospitality, and design-led projects throughout London and the South East. Their work includes natural stone, large format tiling, terrazzo, specialist finishes, and bespoke joinery installations on complex, high-specification interiors projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong exposure to interior finishes, particularly stone, ceramics, and joinery packages. The Role: The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple projects from pre-construction through to final account. Working closely with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, you will ensure projects are commercially controlled and delivered profitably while maintaining strong relationships across all stakeholders. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience managing specialist interior packages within commercial fit-out or high-end residential environments.
