You will have To be succesful as Quantity Surveyor/QS here you will have a healthy mix of the following: Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the housebuilding sector. A solid understanding of procurement processes, contract documentation, and tendering procedures. Knowledge of NHBC standards, building regulations, and health and safety protocols.
