With a healthy pipeline of secured work and continued growth plans, they are seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their established commercial team on the eastern fringe of Glasgow.

Your New Role
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of a variety of residential developments across the region, encompassing both private housing and social housing projects.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Cost planning and budget management
• Procurement and subcontractor management
• Valuations, variations and cost reporting
• Subcontractor payments and final accounts
• Commercial risk management
• Working closely with operational and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery

What You''ll Need To Succeed

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Previous experience in housebuilding, residential construction or main contracting
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• A proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery
